		<description>Companies such as Wipro have opened here in Cebu. Aegis BPO also recently bought out People Support. The question is while they are hiring Indian Mangers to fill the higher positions how long can they sustain this from a cost stand point. I have noticed that the Indian Management here is getting very good compensation, up to 25 lakh more than there basic salary in allowances, coupled with the higher cost of hiring and basic agent cost will that not hurt the profitability of these contact centers?</description>
